Dear Colleagues,
Dear Scientific Paediatric Neuro-Oncology Community,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we invite you to the annual 2025 SIOPE – BTG meeting to be held for the first time in Portugal, in the beautiful city of Porto.
This meeting will take place from 25th to 27th of September. According to the BTG steering committee, for the first time, the meeting will take 2 days and a half. The first two entire days for group discussions in three parallel rooms, and finally on Saturday morning, the plenary session will gather all the participants and the group’s summaries.
The meeting will be preceded by IV Paediatric Neuro-Oncology course, an initiative of the Educational Group - BTG. The course will happen from 22nd to 24th of September 2025.
The scientific programs for both the course and the meeting are currently under development by their respective committees and promise to foster meaningful scientific dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
Porto, a city of history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes, offers the perfect setting for scientific exchange and collaboration. From its world-renowned wine cellars to the stunning Douro River, Gerês Natural Park and warm hospitality, the region promises an unforgettable experience. We are preparing an attractive social program, especially for the evening of 26th with the annual dinner.
